The configurable timer module (CTM9) is a family of timer modules for the Motorola
modular microcontroller family (MMF), including the MC68300 (CPU32) and the
MC68HC16 (CPU16) families of microcontrollers (MCUs). The timer architecture is
modular relative to the number of time-bases (counter submodules), channels (action
submodules) and other available general purpose functions (real time clock, RAM, I/O
ports, etc.) that can be included.
