The CMFI base address register is used to set the base address of the CMFI flash
module. It consists of two 16-bit registers, CMFIBAH and CMFIBAL. On a 256-Kbyte
CMFI module, the base address of the module should be on a 256-Kbyte boundary,
therefore CMFIBAH[7:16] and CMFIBAL[15:12] should be set to zero.
