This register stores the month when the Daylight Saving has to be applied or reversed. The CPU should
program the correct month value (1–12) as per the regional settings. For example, if the daylight saving
starts at March 25 and ends at October 28 in 2007. Hence the CPU should write 0x030A in this register.
This register has no effect of software reset.
17.5.17 IRTC Daylight Saving Day Register (IRTC_DST_DAY)
This register stores the day when the Daylight Saving has to be applied or reversed. The CPU should
program the correct day value (1 – 31) as per the regional settings. For example, if the Daylight Saving
starts at March 25 and ends at October 28 in 2007. Hence the CPU should write 0x191C in this register.
This register is unaffected by software reset. In BCD mode, all 8-bits are used to indicate the day value.
