9.2.12 GPIO Drive Strength Control Register (GPIOx_DRIVE)
This register can be used to explicitly set the drive strength of each output driver. If write
protection (via the SIM PROT register) is implemented on an individual device, then this
register value cannot be changed after the write protect signal is asserted.
