(Read) Current Connect Status
This bit indicates the current status of the downstream
port.
Note: If the set device is not removable
0: No device connected.
1: Device connected.
(Write) Clear Port Enable
Writing 1 by the host controller driver clears the PES bit.
When this bit is written to 0, this bit is not cleared. The
CCS bit is not affected by any writing.
(DeviceRemovable), this bit is always read as 1.
