P27 to P20 and A23 to A16 pins are defined
as input ports and are pulled down in
resetting. The logic data item is FFH. When
Port 2 is used for the A23 to A16 output to
access the program ROM, set PC<23:16> to
FFH and set the reset vector to lie within the
area FF0000H to FFFFFFH. (This is
applicable mainly to products without ROM.)
