Name and Function
Power supply pin for the A/D and D/A converters.
Connect to the system power supply when not using
the A/D and D/A converters.
Ground pin for the A/D and D/A converters. Connect
to system ground (0 V).
Reference voltage input pin for the A/D and D/A
converters. Connect to the system power supply
when not using the A/D and D/A converters.
Port 1: Eight input/output pins. The direction of each
pin can be selected in the port 1 data direction
register (P1DDR).
Port 2: Eight input/output pins. The direction of each
pin can be selected in the port 2 data direction
register (P2DDR).
Port 3: Eight input/output pins. The direction of each
pin can be selected in the port 3 data direction
register (P3DDR).
Port 4: Eight input/output pins. The direction of each
pin can be selected in the port 4 data direction
register (P4DDR).
Port 5: Four input/output pins. The direction of each
pin can be selected in the port 5 data direction
register (P5DDR).
Port 6: Seven input/output pins and one input pin.

register (P8DDR).
Port 9: Six input/output pins. The direction of each
pin can be selected in the port 9 data direction
register (P9DDR).
Port A: Eight input/output pins. The direction of each
pin can be selected in the port A data direction
register (PADDR).
Port B: Eight input/output pins. The direction of each
pin can be selected in the port B data direction
register (PBDDR).
