For a continuous write operation, select the Enable
continuous write of all the words needed for
reconfiguration option to pulse the
write_all signal once to write an entire memory
initialization file (.mif).
This option is available only if you have selected the
Enable continuous write of all the words needed for
reconfiguration option. Enter the desired latency in
terms of the reconfig_clk cycles it takes for each
.mif word to be present at the reconfig_data port.
