If this 16-bit port is used for general purpose I/O, the direction of each line can be
configured via the corresponding direction register DP3. All port lines of P3 can be
switched into push/pull or open drain mode via the open drain control register ODP3.
All port lines support internal pull transistors, which are connected to the pad if register
P3PUDEN = ’1’, no matter whether the INCA-D is in normal operation mode or in power
down mode. Either pulldown transistor or pullup transistor will be selected via
P3PUDSEL.
The output driver is disabled in power down mode unless P3PHEN = ’1’. After reset, bits
of P3PUDEN and P3PUDSEL are set to ’1’.
