Pin for setting a single boot mode: This pin goes into single
boot mode by sampling "L" at the rise of a reset signal. It is
used to overwrite internal flash memory. By sampling "H
(DVCC3) level" at the rise of a reset signal, it performs a
normal operation. This pin should be pulled up under normal
operating conditions. Pull it up when resetting.
Pin (H) for supplying the A/D converter with a reference power
supply
Connect this pin to AVCCA3 to 3C if the A/D converter is not
used.
Pin (L) for supplying the A/D converter with a reference power
supply
Connect this pin to GND if the A/D converter is not used.
Pin for supplying the A/D converter with a power supply.
Connect it to a power supply even if the A/D converter is not
used.(DVCC3)
Pin (L) for supplying the A/D converter with a reference power
supply
A/D converter GND pin (0 V). Connect this pin to GND even if
the A/D converter is not used.
