If the TQnCCRm register is rewritten before its value matches the value of the 16-bit counter, the register value
will match the value of the 16-bit counter after the register has been rewritten. Consequently, the new register
value is immediately reflected.
If a value less than the value of the 16-bit counter (greater if the counter is counting down) is written to the
TQnCCRm register, the output waveform is as follows because the register value does not match the counter
value.
If the register value does not match the counter value, the TOQnTm pin output does not change. Even if the
value of the 16-bit counter does not match the value of the TQnCCRm register, the TOQnTm pin output always
changes to the high level if the crest interrupt occurs and to the low level if the valley interrupt occurs.
This is a function provided for 0% output and 100% output.
