Pin for connecting a high-speed oscillator ( X1:Input with Schmitt
trigger)
Non-maskable interrupt request pin
Pin for setting an external bus mode: This pin functions as a
multiplexed bus by sampling the "H (DVCC15) level" at the rise of a
reset signal. It also functions as a separate bus by sampling "L" at
the rise of a reset signal.
Pin for setting endian: This pin is used to set a mode. It performs a
big-endian operation by sampling the "H (DVCC15) level" at the
rise of a reset signal, and performs a little-endian operation by
sampling "L" at the rise of a reset signal.
When performing a reset operation, pull it up or down according to
the type of oscillator to be used.
PU*1: Fixed to pull-up PD*1:Fixed to pull-down
