a Write to this address is written to the address indicated
by the current Program Counter. The Program Counter is
incremented following each 8 bits of data. In Z80
MEMORY mode, ({MBASE, PC[15:0]})
transferred data. In ADL MEMORY mode, (PC[23:0])
8-bits of transferred data.
{ZDI_ID_H, ZDI_ID_L} = {00h, 08h} indicates the
eZ80F91 product.
