Port 8 has an on-chip input pull-up MOS function that can be controlled by software. When a
PCR8 bit is cleared to 0, setting the corresponding PUCR8 bit to 1 turns on the input pull-up MOS
for that pin. The input pull-up MOS function is in the off state after a reset.
