Access:
• REF_FRAMES: Number of Reference Frames/Semantics
H.264: maximum number of short and long term reference frames in decoded picture buffer.
VC-1: maximum number of semantics.
• TOPF: Top Field
Top field is first information for MPEG4 or VC-1.
• AVSM: Alternative Vertical Scan Method
indicates alternative vertical scan method used for interlaced frames
• HEIGHT_OFF: Height Offset
In VC-1 decoding mode only. The amount of meaningful vertical pixels in last macroblock (height offset) 0 if exactly 16 pix-
els multiple picture and all the vertical pixels in last macroblock are meaningful.
• PIC_HEIGHT: Picture Height
Picture height in macroblocks = ((height in pixels+15)/16). Picture height is informed as size of the (progressive) frame
even though a single field (of interlaced content) is being decoded.
• WIDTH_OFF: Width Offset
In VC-1 decoding mode only. The amount of meaningful horizontal pixels in last macroblock (width offset) 0 if exactly
16 pixels multiple picture and all the horizontal pixels in last macroblock are meaningful.
• PIC_WIDTH: Picture Width
Picture width in macroblocks = ((width in pixels + 15) /16).
