remote frame was transmitted last.

The value read from the CnLOPT register is undefined if a data frame or remote frame has
never been transmitted from a message buffer. If the THPM bit is set to 1 after the CAN
module has changed from the initialization mode to an operation mode, therefore, the read
value of the CnLOPT register is undefined.
