11.4.7 Changing INTRTC2 interrupt setting during clock operation
(PC1PWR = 1), the INTRCT2 interrupt waveform may include whiskers and unintended signals may be output. Set as
follows when changing the setting of the INTRTC2 interrupt signal during clock operation (PC1PWR = 1), in order to
mask the whiskers.
