write in the CHAN register or due to the start of a service.

field are compared to the serviced channel register when generating a breakpoint due to a
write in the CHAN register or due to the start of a service. When a bit in the SCMSK field is
0, that bit is not compared for masking purposes. This field is also the binary decode of the
selected channel.
