Recursive filtered NEST value
LSBs of the number of times in an image that the difference
between two adjacent pixels falls within the range of 2*LB_DETAIL
and 2*UPB_DETAIL
MSBs of the number of times in an image that the difference
between two adjacent pixels falls within the range of 2*LB_DETAIL
and 2*UPB_DETAIL
MSBs of the number of pixels with values within the gray range
If number of black pixels > BBD_EVENT_VALUE2 the line is
considered as black.
If luminance level < BBD_SLICE_LEVEL2 (multiplied by 2) the pixel
is considered as black.
If number of black pixels > BBD_EVENT_VALUE1 the line is
considered as black.
If luminance level < BBD_SLICE_LEVEL1 (multiplied by 2) the pixel
is considered as black.
