efl (erase flash memory)
This command erases the contents of the S5U1C33104H flash memory (including map information) and removes
its protect function.
The efl command is designed specifically for the S5U1C33104H flash memory and does not support the flash
memory on the target system. Therefore, this command can be used only in ICE mode.
