This operation is used to set the sheet size for creating SFC programs. The
sheet size can be changed as long as the number of SFC parts does not already
exceed 8 columns or 100 rows (lines). A warning message will be displayed in
the top-left corner of the screen if an attempt is made to change the sheet size
when the number of SFC parts exceeds 9 columns or 101 rows.
