The Connection Identifier (CI) of the last connection whose DO_NOT_RESEQ bit in the
connection context memory was set automatically as a result of experiencing a large number
of lost sequenced datagrams in a short time period. (The AUTODRI interrupt bit is set when
a DO_NOT_RESEQ bit is set automatically.)
The More Than One (MTO) bit is set if AUTODRI interrupts which pertain to two or more
different connections occur between reads of this register. The bit is cleared each time this
register is read.
