Base Address
The base address will be used for determining the address space of the
memory regions located on the local bus of the TE3-CHATT and to set
the mapping of the address space. The TE3-CHATT can access a total
of 24 kByte address space on the local bus as a bus master.
In those applications where the master functionality of TE3-CHATT is not
needed the second base address register BAR2 may be disabled using
bit MEM.BAR2 in the PCI user configuration space.
