Section 16 Pin Function Controller (PFC)
Setting a bit in PDIORL to 1 makes the corresponding pin function as an output and clearing a bit
in PDIORL to 0 makes the pin function as an input.
Bits 15 to 8 in PDIORL are reserved. These bits are always read as 0. The write value should
always be 0.
The initial value of PDIORL is H'0000.
