• MCLKCR is used only for generation of external PHY-LSI clocks.
• When changing the contents of MCLKCR or FRQCR, make sure that the external PHY-LSI is
in the reset state. Otherwise, a hazard may be generated on the CK_PHY signal. After the
contents of MCLKCR or FRQCR have been changed, clear the reset state of the PHY-LSI.
