The C4 interconnects span four blocks up or down from a source LAB,
M9K block, or embedded multiplier. Every LAB, M9K block, or
embedded multiplier has its own set of C4 interconnects to drive either
up or down.
LAB in a column. The C4 interconnects can drive and be driven by all
types of architecture blocks, including M9K memory blocks, embedded
multiplier blocks, and column and row I/O elements. The C4
interconnect can be driven by the two neighboring LABs or blocks (see
