The Overhead TSB provides full duplex operation at one-fourth the speed of the
Payload TSB where the same clock source is used to drive both the Transmit and
Receive Overhead TSB clocks.
The data on the Overhead TSB is framed and consists of 84 time slots per frame
structured as shown in
strobes to mark the first bit of each Transmit and Receive TSB frame.
