• Master Clock (MCK) running at various frequencies with PLLA or the fast RC oscillator.
• Fast start-up through WKUP0-15 pins
• Current measurement on AMP1 (VDDOUT=VDDCORE + VDDPLL)
• All peripheral clocks deactivated
