Description
Pointer to handle obtained during device open call
The user application function, whose pointer is passed to this API to
register with the driver as a callback function. Whenever an interrupt has
been generated, this function is called by the driver library.
Identifies the application. This is useful when the same callback function
is registered by multiple applications otherwise has no significance.
