14.2 System Registers
This register contains the 32-bit real time clock. It is incremented by the system
clock (SYSCLK), which has been divided by the DIVIDER[6:0] field in the
CONFIG0 register and then divided by two. This register is used by the Interrupt
Delay Feature. It can be written to any value.
This register contains a 32-bit value which is compared against the CLOCK
register. Used by the Interrupt Delay Feature.
