IIC Operation Reservation Adapter Enable
Selects whether to control the conventional IIC module
or enable and control the IIC operation reservation
adapter.
0: Directly controls the conventional IIC module;
1: Enables the IIC operation reservation adapter;
When this bit is set to 1, the SCL and SDA pins can
