The SDRAM Controller is capable of clearing all SDRAM memory locations to 0 by issuing a ZEROIZATION
command to SDR_CMD. During this operation, all locations are cleared at an approximate rate of one half-
word per SDCLK cycle. Once started, you cannot stop this command before it is completed.
