Function
Drives DQMH and DQML inputs of all SDRAMs. During the
SDRAM initialization sequence this signal is set “high”. Otherwise it
is “low” at all times as the DRAM Controllers do not utilize the
“masking” functionality of the memories.
DQM is updated on the rising edge of SYSCLK.
