DNLrms is the deviation from ideal ADC rms quantification noise. For reference, a DNL of 0.2 lsb rms
has the same order of magnitude as the 10 Bit rms quantification noise under 0.5V Full Scale: 1 lsb/
SQRT(12) = 1 LSB / 3.46 = 0.288 lsb rms.
