The difference TD1-TD2 gives an information if the output clock is centered on the output data. If output
clock is in the middle of the data TD1 = TD2 = Tdata/2.

of 1.2 corresponds to a 20 dB return loss (that is, 99% power transmitted and 1% reflected).
