GCSR Register Group
This section defines the Global Control and Status Registers (GCSR). These registers are
accessible from the PCI/X bus or VMEbus. The VMEbus address and address space is
programmable. RMW cycles from the VMEbus are not guarantied indivisible.

DEVI (Device ID): This register is a read only register that uniquely identifies this particular
