Chip_ID
The L64724 puts the result of the Carrier Loop NCO (number-controlled
oscillator) frequency measurement into the NCO Frequency Deviation
24-bit register. The value, in Hz, corresponds to the frequency deviation
observed in the carrier loop as a function of the Low Noise Block
Converter (LNB) drift. To see the updated 24-bit CAR_NCOF value, first
access APR7.

When read, the Demod_SNR bit gives an indication of
the SNR. When the SNR is bad (above the threshold),
the bit is 0. When the SNR is good (below the threshold),
the bit is 1. The thresholds are discussed in
5.7.2.1, “Phase Error Estimator,” page

applied to the External Control Input (XCTR_IN) pin.

is an L64724b. When the bit is 0, it indicates that the IC
