The Z8FMC16100 Series Flash MCU products feature up to 16 KB (16,384 bytes) of
non-volatile Flash memory with read/write/erase capability. Flash memory can be
programmed and erased in-circuit by either user code or through the On-Chip Debugger
(OCD).
The Flash memory array is arranged in 512 byte pages. The 512 byte page is the minimum
Flash block size which can be erased. Flash memory is also divided into 8 sectors which
can be protected from programming and erase operations on a per sector basis.
