This indicates the maximum packet length of the PFP. If maximum packet length is
greater than or equal to MAX_LEN*256 bytes, the ingress server will truncate the
packet, add SOP/EOP, add error tag accordingly and send cut-down event to
PMON. The highest value that MAX_LEN can be set to is 15, 872 bytes.
