Output Disable State Register
These bits always return the value of 0 when read.
0: Whenever the CRT output is disabled, as by the use of bit 4 of FR02 or the STNDBY#
pin, the HSYNC and VSYNC output pins are tri-stated. This is the default after reset.
1: Whenever the CRT output is disabled, as by the use of bit 4 of FR02 or the STNDBY#
pin, the HSYNC and VSYNC output pins are allowed to remain active.
These bits always return the value of 0 when read.
0: Whenever the flat panel interface is disabled, as by the use of bit 5 of FR02 or the
STNDBY# pin, all flat panel output signals are tri-stated with weak internal pull-down
resistors. This is the default after reset.
1: Whenever the flat panel interface is disabled, as by the use of bit 5 of FR02 or the
STNDBY# pin, all flat panel output signals are driven inactive.
This bit always returns the value of 0 when read.
