alarm).
Same as diviclk0_ext_loss_pulse, but when the error
condition ceases, this bit will clear itself.

frequency is off as compared to the expected frequency
(received frequency is too high).
Same as diviclk0_freq_too_high_pulse, but when the error
condition ceases, this bit will clear itself.
