Sets the number of 26MHz clock cycles from the rising edge of TX_ST or RX_EN.
Sets the time allotted for the VCO to warm up before calibrations or other
PLL operations begin. Warm-up time=TVCO*(32/26e6)μs
by DC_TIME3. This timer is activated by asserting RXEN.
These clocks are ported out of LDTO to the front-end IC. Programs in steps of
Tsymbol/3.
