Although the PME# pin is an open-collector output, it is not suitable for direct connection to the PCI
bus. The PME# pin must be isolated from the host system when the OX16PCI958 power source is
absent, so that it does not cause unwanted wake events. See section 7 of the PCI Bus Power
Management Interface Specification, revision 1.1, for guidance on implementing the isolation.
