Only 1Mx16 SDRAMs are supported by the GMCH.
Memory Configurations
Table 15 gives a summary of the characteristics of memory configurations supported. The GMCH
supports a 32-bit wide channel populated with a single row of 1Mx16 SDRAMs.
Figure 7 shows the GMCH LMI connected to 4 MB of memory in a 32-bit SDRAM channel
configuration.
