when configured as output. PTB4–PTB7 have schmitt
trigger inputs.
PTB0 as SDA of MMIIC.
PTB1 as SCL of MMIIC.
PTB2 as TxD of SCI; open drain output.
PTB3 as RxD of SCI.
PTB4 as T1CH0 of TIM1.
PTB5 as T1CH1 of TIM1.
PTB6 as T2CH0 of TIM2.
PTB7 as T2CH1 of TIM2.
8-bit general purpose I/O port; PTC6 and PTC7 are open
drain when configured as output.
PTC0 is shared with IRQ2 and has schmitt trigger input.
