The procedure for reading Configuration bits is similar
to the procedure for reading code memory, except that
16-bit data words are read instead of 24-bit instruc-
tions. Since there are multiple Configuration bits, they
are read one word at a time.

Step 1: Exit the Reset vector.
Step 2: Initialize TBLPAG, the read pointer (W6) and the write pointer (W7) for TBLRD instruction.
Step 3: Read the Configuration word, write it to the VISI register, and clock out the VISI register using the REGOUT
Step 4: Reset device internal PC.
Step 5: Repeat step 3-4 to read remaining Configuration bits.
