The MEMC supports SDRAM while only 32-bit data bus is available. When using 64-bit
SDRAM DIMM, special data bus routing is needed (for detail, refer to "Intel PC SDRAM
Unbuffered DIMM Specification"). The following figures show typical connections and timing
