Output Synchronization Signal Inversion
These bits select inversion of the output phase of the
horizontal synchronization signal (HSYNCO), the
vertical synchronization signal (VSYNCO), the clamp
waveform (CLAMPO), and the blanking waveform
(CBLANK).
