This instruction arithmetically shifts the bits in the contents of the destination location <EAd>
(destination operand) by one or two bits to the right. The result is stored in the destination
location. The upper bits are filled with the previous MSB (sign bit) value, therefore, the sign of the
data is not changed. The last bit shifted out is stored in the carry flag.
