This instruction stores the contents of a general register Rs (source operand) to the location of an
operand specified by a 16-bit absolute address in synchronization with an E clock, tests the
transferred data, and sets CCR according to the result.
Note: Avoid using this instruction in microcomputers without an E clock output pin, or in single-

H: Previous value remains unchanged.
N: Set to 1 if the transferred data is negative; otherwise cleared to 0.
Z: Set to 1 if the transferred data is zero; otherwise cleared to 0.
